one-apts.com is the official website of One Apartments TLV, which offers, advertises, rents, and markets short- and long-term apartments and vacation rentals in Tel Aviv - Yafo, Israel. Any user of this website declares that they have read the contents of these Terms and Conditions, that they fully agree to all its provisions and terms, and that neither they nor anyone on their behalf shall have any claim and/or demand and/or legal action, directly or indirectly, against the website and/or its owners and/or its managers and/or anyone acting on their behalf and/or against One Apartments TLV.

One Apartments TLV utilizes a variety of tools and technologies to display real-time pricing and availability, aiming to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information possible. However, the company assumes no responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in the information presented on the site, whether caused by the company or by third parties.

Upon completing a reservation, the customer will receive a final confirmation by email, including all relevant details: the final price, dates of stay, and contact information. It is important to note that placing a reservation does not constitute final confirmation. Every reservation is subject to final approval by One Apartments TLV. The company reserves the right to reject or cancel a reservation and may offer an alternative solution, without being held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the customer as a result.

Additionally, One Apartments TLV takes all reasonable measures to ensure that the reservation is honored once approved. However, in exceptional circumstances or cases of force majeure, if the reserved apartment cannot be provided, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid or, alternatively, to be accommodated in an alternative apartment of equal or higher standard without any further liability on the part of One Apartments TLV.

VAT

Only guests who hold a foreign passport exclusively are eligible for a VAT exemption upon arrival, subject to presenting the foreign passport along with a valid tourist visa. Guests who do not hold a foreign passport, or who also hold an Israeli passport, will be charged VAT in accordance with Israeli law.

Cancellations

Cancellation of a reservation and any additional service ordered through the website shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: the "Consumer Protection Law") and the regulations enacted under it. Cancellation is possible only after the customer has completed the reservation process through the website's booking system and has received confirmation from One Apartments TLV, including the terms of the transaction.

Notification of cancellation will be subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and its regulations, and may be made through one of the following methods:

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and its regulations.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: Between 14:30 and 22:00. Please notify us of your arrival time in advance.
Check-out: Between 10:00 and 10:30.

Use of the Apartments

The customer who placed the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all guests staying in the apartment use it reasonably and behave appropriately. In the event that any guest behaves inappropriately, One Apartments TLV reserves the right to require the entire group to vacate the apartment immediately. In such a case, the customer shall have no right to claim compensation or raise any claims for damages resulting from the eviction.

House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the units, including public areas (hallways, stairwells, etc.).
Lighting fires in the accommodation units or anywhere in the building is not allowed.
Pets are not permitted.
It is forbidden to possess weapons, drugs, flammable or combustible materials, or any object/substance considered dangerous to people, property, or the environment.
Guests must maintain quiet and respect the neighbors.
Parties of any kind are not allowed in the units.
Commercial use of the units is strictly prohibited.
No illegal activity of any kind is permitted in the units.

One Apartments TLV is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, pricing, or conduct of any external websites linked to this site, and such links should not be considered as an endorsement or recommendation by One Apartments TLV.

Changes and Updates to the Terms of Use

Since the Terms of Use may be updated from time to time, we recommend reviewing them periodically. Any changes to the Terms of Use will be posted on this page.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms of Use of the website shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

Exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted to the competent courts in the Tel Aviv District.

If a court determines that any provision of the Terms of Use is illegal and/or invalid, despite the intention of the parties as stated in this document, such a determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use and/or the remaining parts of the invalidated or limited provision, which shall remain in full force and effect.
